Tonight: still fairly mild with temperatures above freezing point. Some very light precipitation will develop mainly in the form of rain or cold mixture. Meanwhile, in Western Minnesota band of moderate to heavy snowfall will develop around this low pressure. Snow should be worked into the Chippewa Valley by about midnight. The heaviest of the snow will wait until after midnight hold through hours last night. Also, the wind will pick up.
Overnight: Snow will persist through the overnight hours. Winds will be strong enough. Expect wind speed 30-35 mph from the NW with gusts as high as 50 mph. snow fell and the wind is high, expect rain and near white out conditions in some places.
